Want to work in a luxury store environment that is all about celebrating love and empowering brides to shop sustainably? Bessette Bridal is all about experience-based bridal shopping, and we are currently seeking a part time Store Manager.
About You:
You must be a confident and approachable person; Bessette Bridal is all about client service and a great experience so a pleasant disposition is key! Above all you must be professional, patient, and able to maintain a positive attitude that is consistent with the Bessette brand. You must be extremely detail oriented with great time management skills, strong organisation and administration skills and have an eye for meticulous detail in visual aspects of the store.
As Bessette’s Store Manager, you are self motivated, but can also take direction, and are passionate about playing a part in the growth of our business. Sales and fashion experience is a must along with a genuine passion for bridal fashion.
As well as;
• Excellent communication skills, and an understanding of our client needs.
• Trustworthy, and able to work autonomously.
• Immaculate presentation, with a personal style and aesthetic that reflects the Bessette brand.
• Genuine patience and care for assisting our brides in finding ‘the one’.
• You must be available to work Wednesday to Saturday, including late evenings on some allocated Thursday evenings.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Day to day running and performance of Bessette Bridal including driving exceptional customer service, sales and store standards.
• Ensuring a clear and consistent Brand Image is being portrayed at all times across all client touch points.
• Leading bridal appointments one on one with ease and confidence.
• Follow through on any pre or after appointment care.
• Inventory processing, administration and quality control.
• Store administration including record keeping, client file creation and maintenance, filing, appointment setting, phone & email correspondence and shipping.
• Store organisation including but not limited to steaming and pressing, cleaning and keeping the store neat, clean & tidy and display merchandising.
• Participation in in-store events.
• Assisting in maintaining our Social Media presence across our platforms.
• Responsibility for opening and closing the store.
• Maintaining a safe work environment at all times and notifying the Owner of any identified issues.
